What you can expect

  • Workshop making mini ao dai gives you the opportunity to explore the beauty of Vietnamese culture through traditional costumes. Under the dedicated guidance of artisans, you will learn about the history of ao dai, directly participate in the design process, and complete a delicate miniature version of ao dai – a souvenir gift with a strong personal touch and Vietnamese cultural spirit.

    Our workshop has 2 options for participants:

    Option 1: Over 90 minutes, each participant decorates one miniature áo dài and one miniature conical hat. Price: 550k VND

    1. Learn about Vietnamese áo dài history and culture.
    2. Learn how to design, cut, and sew a Vietnamese áo dài.
    3. Design and decorate a miniature áo dài in your own style, with a miniature conical hat or one other accessory.

    Option 2: Over 3 hours, sew, make, and decorate one miniature áo dài from scratch. Price: 650k VND

    1. Learn about Vietnamese áo dài history and culture.
    2. Learn how to design, cut, and sew a Vietnamese áo dài.
    3. Sew and decorate a miniature áo dài and miniature conical hat by hand.
