Know before you book

  • Children 5 and younger are not allowed.
  • You must be at least 4 feet and 9 inches (145 cm) tall to participate on your own. Children shorter 4 feet and 9 inches must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must weigh between 40 and 275 pounds (27–125 kg).
  • If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
  • Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, who is required to participate. One adult can assist up to two children.
