Our wonderful tour will start exactly at the car park of the small church of Elvas (via Kirplweg, 39042, Bressanone), where you will have arrived with your vehicle. After a walk of about 45 minutes through the green vineyards of the Isarco Valley, we will taste 3 white wines from the area, exclusively from small producers. We'll talk about rocks and climate, plants and terraces, people and places, and how these factors affect the wine. To better understand the area, I will also show you maps and tell you about the history of wine in this slice of paradise, who produces it, and how they do it. We will then return together to the starting point. In total, our tour will take about 1.5 hours.
