Begin your adventure by cruising through some of southern Tasmania’s most beautiful coastal waters, passing rugged cliffs, tranquil bays, and secluded stretches of shoreline. Each journey is different, as the route is tailored to the day’s conditions.
Keep an eye out for wildlife, as dolphins, seals, sea eagles, and black-faced cormorants often appear alongside the boat. When visibility is good, enjoy a distant view of the historic Iron Pot Lighthouse.
After a 40-minute ride, arrive at your fishing or diving spot. Anglers can catch reef fish like gurnard perch, jackass morwong, bluethroat, leatherjacket, flathead, pike, and Australian salmon (note: sharks must be released in the shark refuge area), while certified divers may harvest crayfish, abalone, or sea urchins (recreational fishing licence required for lobster and abalone).
Onboard, enjoy a feast of fresh fruit, Tasmanian oysters, salmon sashimi, A5/M9 wagyu, lamb chops, and desserts. Use the boat's cooking facilities to prepare your freshly caught seafood to share with family and friends.
Relax and enjoy your meal in a comfortable, sheltered cove based on the wind and sea conditions of the day. On the way back, in calm waters, the crew will guide you to try steering the boat and take memorable photos.
