What you can expect

  • Experience the Magic of Hoi An: Lantern Boat Ride on the Hoai River

Hoi An, Vietnam’s enchanting ancient town, is world-renowned for its lantern-lit streets and the tranquil flow of the Hoai River. One of the most magical experiences you can enjoy here is a lantern boat ride along the river—a must-do for anyone visiting the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town.

As dusk falls, step aboard a traditional boat and glide gently along the Hoai River, surrounded by the soft glow of countless colourful lanterns. Take part in a cherished local ritual: release your own lantern onto the water, making a wish as it floats away, adding your light to the river’s shimmering tapestry.

After your serene boat journey, immerse yourself in Hoi An’s vibrant night market. Wander through bustling stalls filled with local delicacies, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Stroll the picturesque streets of the Old Town, soaking up the sights, sounds, and scents that make Hoi An so unique. Along the way, discover the city’s rich culture and traditions, making memories that will last a lifetime.
