The driver will wait for you at entrance gate of Hoi An hotel with paper written your leader's name. We will pick up you at any address in Hoi An town.

• Your driver will wait for 10 minutes after pick up time. Please contact the operator as soon as possible via the hotline in case of any changes – and we do not refund if you do not inform us.
Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.
