Service Terms, Vehicle Capacity & Cancellation Policy

1. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Rules

· Toyota Alphard: Maximum 6 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. If passengers are heavily built or any luggage exceeds 28 inches, please book based on a maximum of 5 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage.
· Toyota HiAce: Maximum 9 passengers and 9 pieces of luggage.
· Important Note: The above capacities do NOT include child car seats. Each child seat occupies 1.5 standard seats. Please ensure your group size fits the limits.

1. Service Precautions & Pre-departure Confirmation

· All vehicles comply with Japanese laws, and our drivers have more than 3 years of driving experience.
· We offer multilingual services to ensure smooth communication.
· If the actual trip exceeds the designated area of the package option, an inter-zone fee will be charged based on the exceeded distance.
· Please consult our customer service for itinerary quotation and purchase link recommendations before booking.
· Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
· Passenger and luggage counts MUST be notified to us in advance. Upon receiving the notice, we will analyse whether the vehicle can meet the requirements. If the booked model is unable to accommodate the group, we will inform the guest immediately and issue a full refund.
· Important Note Regarding On-Site Pickup: If the guest fails to provide accurate passenger/luggage counts in advance, and also fails to disclose the actual situation during our active inquiries before departure, resulting in the driver discovering that the vehicle cannot accommodate the actual passengers or luggage at the pickup point, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding for the excess passengers or luggage.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy (As per platform requirements)

· Guest Cancellation / Changes:
· Cancellation within 24 hours prior to departure: Full refund.
· Cancellation due to Force Majeure: Full refund.
· Itinerary changes: Guests may choose to accept the change, reschedule to another date, or request a full refund.
· Supplier Cancellation / Weather:
· If we cancel the activity for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
· If guests do not accept our proposed alternative plan, we will issue a full refund.
· Severe weather conditions: We may suggest alternative itinerary adjustments (suggestion does not automatically equate to an immediate refund). However, if the service cannot ultimately be provided, a full refund will be arranged.
