An in-person Reiki session is a soothing, energy-healing experience that promotes relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a serene environment, often accompanied by soft lighting, calming music, and aromatic scents to help you unwind. You’ll remain fully clothed while lying on a massage table, with a blanket available for extra comfort. The Reiki practitioner will gently place their hands on or just above specific areas of your body, such as your head, shoulders, stomach, and feet. Each hand placement is held for several minutes, allowing the flow of energy to move through you, working to release blockages and align your energy. During the session, you may experience subtle sensations, such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep calm. Some individuals feel as though they drift into a meditative state. The session typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. Afterwards, there will be time to reawaken and slowly reflect on your experience. Many people leave the session feeling lighter, centred, and restored, with a renewed sense of peace and emotional clarity.
