    Hop aboard a bus in Geneva and cross the Swiss-French border to start your medieval adventure. Yvoire sits on the tip of the Leman peninsula and has been honoured as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France (Les Plux Beaux Villages de France) for 20 years. As soon as you step out of your bus and pass through the imposing stone gate, you're taken back to the early 14th century. Traverse peaceful, narrow streets to the beautiful Yvoire Castle, which was originally built in 1306 on the edge of Lake Geneva.

    Continue on to the Church of Saint Pancras, distinguished by its shining, onion-shaped bell tower. The museum offers detailed insights into the heritage of the town through well-preserved documents, models, and archives. Move on to a slice of paradise at the Garden of Five Senses, a flourishing labyrinth of flower and bush that has helped Yvoire earn accolades for its horticultural feats. End your tour by boarding a classic steamer boat and journeying across Lake Geneva to the English Garden back in Geneva.
