What you can expect
Everyone talks about Sedona's vortex energy. But most people show up, stand at a rock, and think… okay, is something supposed to be happening right now?
That's exactly why this session exists. It combines video, slides, and hands-on practice — all in one relaxed, easy-to-follow flow, inside a space that's comfortable and temperature-controlled no matter what the weather's doing outside.
Your guide, a Sedona energy healing specialist, walks you through it all kindly. You'll learn about Sedona itself — how these red rocks formed over 300 million years, the Yavapai-Apache history and culture connected to this land, and what a vortex actually is. Then you'll get into the different types of vortex energy, and meet each of the four major sites — Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa, Boynton Canyon, and Bell Rock — and what makes each one different.
And then comes the part people actually come for: you'll practice feeling the energy yourself, so by the time you're standing at a real vortex, you already know what to do and what to look for. Video and imagery run throughout, so it never feels like sitting through a lecture. It's easy, visual, and honestly kind of fun.
A lot of guests walk out feeling lighter — calmer mind, a little emotional release, that “weight off your shoulders” feeling. Others leave with a clearer head or a sense of what's next for them. Everyone takes something a little different from it.
Before you go, your guide will help you figure out which vortex fits what you're going through right now. You'll walk away with a Sedona 4 major vortex map, a practice guide, and a much better sense of how to actually feel Sedona — not just look at it.
