What you can expect

Every 100 metres, you'll see waterfalls with their respective natural pools, as well as everything that nature offers in fauna such as poisonous frogs, toucans, sun herons, and monkeys, among others. You'll also learn about the variety of medicinal plants that characterise this humid tropical forest in the Jacó, Puntarenas, and Las Monas area area.
This hike can take you across the river, where you can see the river shrimp (prawns) and a variety of other things.
