We will meet at the Yoga centre, upon arrival, your yoga instructor will introduce you to the history and practices of yoga, tracing its origins back to ancient India, with mentions in the Rig Veda and development around the 5th and 6th centuries BCE.

The session starts with a warm-up and stretching exercises, preparing you for pranayama and a short meditation lesson designed to help you connect with your inner self. Enjoy an invigorating yoga practice that refreshes your senses and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

After the session, you’ll have the option to enjoy breakfast and use the Ashram’s facilities to shower and change, making it easy to transition into your day’s plans. Drop-off can be arranged at a local sightseeing spot or back at your hotel, depending on your preference.
