  • Discover the highlights of Phang Nga Bay on a full-day trip from Khao Lak. After pickup from your hotel, travel to the pier and board a traditional Thai longtail boat. Cruise past mangroves and towering limestone cliffs as you take in the bay’s distinctive scenery.

    Enjoy a guided sea canoe experience among the bay’s rock formations. The route through caves or lagoons depends on the tide and local conditions. Continue to James Bond Island, also known as Khao Phing Kan, for time to explore and take photos of the famous scenery featured in The Man with the Golden Gun.

    Visit Koh Panyee, a fishing village built on stilts over the water, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Later, stop at Suwan Khuha Temple, also known as Monkey Cave, to see its reclining Buddha. Monkeys may be seen around the temple, but sightings are not guaranteed.
