What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Advance booking is necessary. Walk-in customers will be accommodated only if availability allows.
- Rentals are typically valid for one day and must be returned by the specified time. Please confirm the return time directly with the store upon arrival.
- Returning the kimono/yukata after the agreed time may result in additional charges.
- Yukata sizes for children are available for heights between 80 cm and 145 cm.
- Optional hair and makeup services are available only for customers renting a kimono or yukata. Additional charges apply for premium hairstyles and full makeup.
- Mandarin-speaking staff are available at selected locations only. Please enquire in advance if this is required.
- Lockers or storage may be provided on-site; however, we recommend not bringing valuables. The store is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Please handle the kimono/yukata with care. Additional charges may apply for significant stains or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
