Learn to cook authentic Japanese home-style meals with a friendly mother-daughter team in a cosy Tokyo kitchen near Tokyo Tower. Before the class, we’ll visit a local Japanese supermarket together to pick up ingredients and learn about everyday Japanese food culture.

Choose from two different course options:

Temaki Sushi Course

Make sushi rice, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), and teriyaki chicken, then roll your own sushi with fresh fish, vegetables, or tofu. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Please send us a message in advance if you would like a vegetarian meal

Japanese Hamburger Steak Course

Prepare a full set meal with juicy hambāgu (Japanese-style hamburger steak), potato salad, and miso soup. No vegetarian option is available.

Optional drinks: sake or craft beer pairing.

Lessons are taught entirely in English, so international travellers can join with confidence. No cooking experience is required—we’ll guide you through each step.
