Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel and meet your driver-guide. Head to the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and Rwanda’s reconciliation journey. Then, visit the Camp Kigali Memorial, a site honouring 10 Belgian UN peacekeepers.

Next, take a walking tour through Nyamirambo, Kigali’s oldest district. Experience daily life, colourful streets, and local crafts. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant, with options including Heaven Restaurant (fusion cuisine with city views) or Chez Lando (authentic Rwandan dishes).

In the afternoon, explore Kimironko Market, Kigali’s busiest local market, filled with fabrics, fresh produce, and crafts. Discover contemporary Rwandan art at the Inema Arts Centre, where you can meet local artists and view exhibitions.

End your tour with a photo stop at the Kigali Convention Centre & Kigali Heights, one of Rwanda’s most iconic modern landmarks. Return to your hotel around 6:00 PM.
