First, we’ll dive into its fascinating storey. Then, I’ll teach you my Mother’s legendary recipe so we can make our own—you’ll be amazed!

Next, we’ll turn aged kimchi into crispy pancakes and enjoy perfectly braised pork(sooyook) and Tofu.

We’ll share laughs, taste our creations, and soak in the magic of this historic space. By the end, you’ll take home your own recipes and memories.

  • Kimchi ferments quickly and doesn’t travel well. We do not provide containers, so please plan accordingly. (I can tell you where to buy them)
