What you can expect
Your tour will begin at the Kingstown Cruise Ship Terminal, from there you will make your way towards the windward side of the island. This side of the island is the most developed side of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where the majority of the hotels, bars, and white-sand beaches are.
Your first stop will be to Arnos Vale, where you will get to see the E.T Joshua Airport and the Arnos Vale Playing Field, where all the cricket matches are played. Carrying on your journey, your next photo stop will be at Villa, where you will get the see the beautiful Young Island. Following that you will visit Calliaqua, a town in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines located in the far south of the main island of Saint Vincent.
You will then discover the Argyle International Airport, which has become one of the most important infrastructure assets as the country's first international airport. This airport connects St. Vincent and the Grenadines to airports like Miami International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, and Toronto Pearson International Airport, as well as others in the Caribbean. The airport is the second solar-powered airport in the Caribbean, following V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua.
You will then pass through Georgetown and making a quick photo stop at the Rabacca Dry River. Georgetown is located on the island of Saint Vincent and is the largest city in Charlotte Parish, with a population of about 1,700. You will then encounter the Rabacca Dry River, which is a seasonal river which will only flow like a normal river when there is heavy rainfall.
Finally, you will discover the La Soufriere Cross Country Trail, which winds its way from sea level up to the top of the majestic La Soufriere Volcano at 4,049 feet. There you can admire the granite cliffs which reach for the sky, giving way to sweeping valleys and deep gorges, before you eventually reach the immense volcanic crater.
