From 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM we offer Gentle Flow, a calm and nourishing class designed to ease you into the day. This slower-paced flow focuses on smooth, mindful movements, gentle stretches, and conscious breathing. Gentle Flow helps you connect to your body without pressure, making it especially suitable for beginners, those recovering from travel or intense activity, or anyone who simply wants a softer start to the morning. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centred, and ready to enjoy everything Koh Tao has to offer.
From 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM join our Power Vinyasa class for a more dynamic and energising experience. This faster-paced flow links breath with movement to build strength, endurance, and balance. Power Vinyasa is a great way to boost your energy, break a sweat, and feel empowered for the rest of the day. Set in a tropical environment, this class offers a vibrant yoga flow that pairs perfectly with a hearty, fresh lunch at the café afterwards.
All of our classes are open to all levels, and beginners are always welcome. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, you’ll feel supported, encouraged, and at home.
