Your cooking class begins with a welcome drink of tea or coffee in my kitchen. Then we'll put on aprons before diving into the world of Polish cuisine.
I will talk about the history of Polish cuisine and the iconic pierogi. Then we prepare the dough and filling together, discovering the secrets to achieving that special flavour. Each guest will have their own board to prepare these dumplings, with assistance from me at every stage.
Once prepared, we will cook the pierogi and enjoy them together. There will be plenty to go around, and no one will be left hungry. Finally, we will enjoy some homemade cheesecake with salty caramel sauce, together with fresh coffee or tea.
The event takes place in my home in the Salwator area of Krakow, one of the prettiest and most historical districts of the city. Either before or after the class, you can visit the nearby Kościuszko Mound, which is one of Krakow's most popular sites, with views right over the city.
