• 09:00 Arrival at the designated meeting point in Karlovac
• 10:00 Transfer to Risnjak National Park and start of the hiking tour
• 13:30 End of the hike and transfer to the Kupa River for a picnic; kayaks will be ready for the next activity
• 14:30 Preparation, safety instructions, and start of the kayaking tour

Description

• Tour difficulty: Moderate – average physical fitness required
• Duration: 7–8 hours
• Season: April 1st – October 31st
• Location: Gorski Kotar, Brod na Kupi, Kupa River Distance from major cities: Zagreb (110 km), Rijeka (55 km)
• Group size: Minimum 4, maximum 14 people per group. If the group has fewer than 4 participants but the client still wishes to proceed, the tour will be charged at the rate for 4 people.
• Minimum age: 6 years

What to bring: Considering the weather conditions, we recommend bringing a T-shirt (or a long-sleeved shirt in cooler weather), swimming costume, towel, spare socks, water sandals or trainers, a hat, sun cream, and sunglasses (secured with a strap) for sun protection, as well as a waterproof camera. A change of clothes and footwear is also recommended.

Additional Information
All participants must be able to swim and are required to follow the instructions of the guide/skipper to ensure the safety of themselves and others. The skipper has both the authority and responsibility to deny access to the kayak to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Each group is accompanied by an experienced guide/skipper responsible for safety and pre-tour briefing. A waterproof bag or container is available in each kayak for cameras and other personal items.

Customer Cancellation

Customers can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
They will receive a full refund at any time if the cancellation is due to force majeure.
A full refund must be offered if the customer does not accept changes to the itinerary. Offering only a date change instead of a refund is not permitted, nor can the supplier establish its own refund policies.
