- This tour will operate rain or shine, with cancellations only occurring in extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons. We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy.
- Tour schedules may be subject to time changes or adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that there may be shorter itinerary times or delays in returning to the designated location.
- Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English and Chinese on the same bus.
- The tour may be cancelled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- Kindly verify your meeting point in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes before the departure time.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
- In case of severe traffic due to holidays or adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.
