Activity itinerary

Our shop is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Begin your experience by arriving at the rental shop near Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo Station. Choose your kimono and accessories, including a bag, sandals, fan, and umbrella. Get your hair styled in a traditional way. Take your time to change into your kimono, and store your luggage and suitcases at the shop for free. Once you’re dressed, take photos in the shop’s Japanese garden and photo room. Then, join a traditional tea ceremony. After the ceremony, explore Kyoto in your kimono, returning it by 5:30 PM. If you book the tea ceremony in the afternoon, you can come at 9:00 AM to change into a kimono, go out for sightseeing and photos, and then return before the tea ceremony starts. If you’re visiting Kiyomizu-dera, you can return your kimono at a nearby partner shop, so you don’t have to go back to the original location. As changing into a kimono takes some time, we recommend arriving approximately one hour before your tea ceremony begins.
