What you can expect

Day 1: Kok-Moynok Canyon & Cholpon-Ata Hot Springs

Begin your journey with a hotel pickup in Bishkek at 9:00 AM. Take a short walk in Kok-Moynok Canyon, enjoy lunch in Boom Gorge, and then relax in the hot springs in Cholpon-Ata. Continue to Grigoryevka village for dinner and an overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 2: Grigoryevka & Semenovka Gorges, Karakol City Tour

Visit Grigoryevka Gorge and take a short trek to Suttu-Bulak Lake in Semenovka. Enjoy a picnic lunch in Kyrchyn Valley, then transfer to Karakol for a city tour, taking in the Dungan Mosque and the wooden Orthodox church. Overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 3: Trek to Sirota Yurt Camp (2,900 m)

Transfer to the trailhead and trek up to Sirota Yurt Camp. Enjoy lunch and dinner at camp, and spend the night in a yurt.

Day 4: Ala-Kul Lake & Altyn-Arashan

Trek to Ala-Kul Lake (3,500 m) with a picnic lunch, then continue over to Altyn-Arashan. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Altyn-Arashan Hot Springs & Return to Karakol

Enjoy an optional morning soak in the springs, then trek back down to Karakol. Have lunch and dinner in town, and spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 6: Jeti-Ögüz & Skazka (Fairytale) Canyon

Drive to Jeti-Ögüz and trek to the waterfall in Kök-Jayık Valley. Have lunch at a yurt camp, then spend the afternoon at Skazka Canyon. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a yurt camp on the south shore of Issyk-Köl.

Day 7: Eagle Hunting & Song-Köl Lake

Watch an optional eagle-hunting demonstration and take a walk in Ak-Sai Canyon. Have lunch with a local Dungan family in Kochkor, then drive up to Song-Köl Lake. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a yurt camp.

Day 8: Horse Riding at Song-Köl & 33 Parrots Pass

Take a 2-hour horse ride around the lake, have lunch at the yurt camp, then drive to Naryn via the scenic 33 Parrots Pass (weather permitting) with a stop at a small waterfall. Overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 9: Kel-Suu Alpine Lake

Drive to the Kel-Suu area and trek to the lake (4–5 hours return). Enjoy lunch and dinner at the yurt camp, and spend the night in a yurt.

Day 10: Kochkor Culture & Kyrgyz Folklore Evening

Drive to Naryn for lunch, continue to Kochkor and visit a handicraft museum. Have dinner with a local family and enjoy a Kyrgyz folklore performance. Overnight in a homestay.

Day 11: Return to Bishkek

Have breakfast, then drive back to Bishkek and enjoy a hotel drop-off.
