Our experiences are a true journey into the heart of Tuscany's Maremma, discovering the untouched nature of La Maliosa, where you can immerse yourself in its most authentic essence.

We will begin with a walk, stopping in a vineyard, and then continue to a panoramic viewpoint where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Along the way, our expert staff will guide you through the historic grape varieties used for our wines, explaining the production process and the Metodo Corino, which is part of the creation of our natural wines and organic EVO oil.

We will then move to the tasting room, a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can taste 2 of our natural wines, paired with a selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano and Manciano, as well as handcrafted cured meats carefully selected from local producers. Homemade bread, made with stone-ground flour, will accompany the tasting of our organic EVO oil, extracted from the cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars. The tasting will be led by an in-house expert who will guide you through this sensory experience and will be happy to answer any questions or curiosities you may have. We will do our best to make your experience unforgettable, so that you leave Maremma with La Maliosa in your heart.

In case of bad weather, the experience will take place indoors.
