Day 1: Lachung Local Exploration

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel or homestay. Visit the Lachung Monastery, a serene and peaceful place with stunning mountain views. If open, stop by the Handicraft Centre to see local woollen products. Take a short walk around the village to soak in the Himalayan views and local culture.

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Sikkimese dinner and rest early for the next day’s early start to Yumthang Valley.

Day 2: Yumthang Valley & Zero Point Excursion

Depart early in the morning for Yumthang Valley. Stop at the Yumthang Hot Spring, a short walk from the road. Explore the valley, known for its alpine flowers (April–June) and snowfields (December–March).

If weather and permits allow, continue to Zero Point (Yumesamdong), located at an altitude of ~15,300 ft. Experience snow, dramatic landscapes, and rugged Himalayan terrain.

Return to Lachung for brunch or lunch. In the afternoon, check out and depart for your next destination.
