Set off for a fully immersive day on the Larzac Plateau, with its steppe landscapes shaped by sheep farming and numerous rocky outcrops.
There, we will learn about the expertise of the shepherds, cheesemakers, and master cheese ripeners, all of whom are passionate about and collectively committed to preserving the unique know-how involved in producing Roquefort, the king of cheeses.
Before that, we will explore Lake Salagou, a red lake reminiscent of Colorado, and then we will enjoy a meal in one of the most beautiful villages in France, surrounded by an authentic, medieval atmosphere.
We offer departures from Montpellier in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus, with a small group of no more than 8 people.
