The boat will stop where the sea allows. You can go into the water, swim inside the cavities, and feel small in the face of something that time has built without haste.
Then comes the sunset. At the exact point where the Adriatic and the Ionian meet, the sky changes colour and the landscape becomes something you'll never forget. This is the moment when snacks and our artisanal spirits arrive on board: fig leaf gin or juniper limoncello with all the flavour of sun-baked earth or with seaweed, salty, marine, made to be drunk right here. It's not a pairing thought out at a desk. It's the land in a glass, in the middle of its sea.
