I welcome you to my cooking class, where together we will prepare typical recipes of the Ligurian Coast and enjoy an aperitivo to discover authentic flavours and ancient culinary traditions. The aperitif will feature authentic Genoese focaccia, accompanied by bruschetta with homemade pesto, salted anchovies, and seasoned olives from the Riviera. Then we will move on to making fresh pasta, specifically handmade taglierini with the help of an ancient tool, the “chitarra”. Finally, you will taste your pasta with the pesto you prepared, all accompanied by a selection of local DOP white wines, which I will enthusiastically tell you about, before the inevitable Italian coffee and a pleasant Genoese digestif.
