Begin your day with a guided hike at Hanklit, one of Mors’ most iconic sights. Marvel at the dramatic moler cliffs, which tell millions of years of history, and enjoy the spectacular views over the Limfjord. The March weather is crisp and clear, perfect for an active day outdoors.
After the hike, put on your waders and go on an oyster safari in the Limfjord with experts from the Danish Shellfish Centre. Collect your own Limfjord oysters, taste them straight from the fjord, and learn why the Limfjord is known for some of the world’s best oysters.
When hunger strikes, prepare dinner together over a campfire at Skarregaard Nature and Culture Centre. Enjoy oysters in countless ways – grilled, steamed, raw – and experience a cosy evening with good food and camaraderie. As a finishing touch, take a tour of Skarregaard and hear the storey of the manor house from the 1950s.
End the day with an overnight stay in Skarregaard’s large, enclosed luxury shelter with views of the fjord and the starry sky. A perfect combination of comfort and nature experience.
