This is much more than a cooking demonstration. You will actually cook your own traditional Portuguese meal, learning the techniques, stories and traditions behind the dishes along the way.

We begin with a tasting of Portuguese cheeses, chouriço and wine, before heading into the kitchen to prepare a traditional Portuguese meal together.

We believe that great Portuguese cuisine starts with great ingredients. We work with fresh, local and seasonal produce, and whenever possible, we use ingredients from our family farm, bringing a genuine connection between the land, the ingredients and the food on your table.

The menu changes according to the season and availability of the best local products. During the class, you will prepare a starter, main course and dessert, with our chefs guiding you step by step.

Along the way, we will share the stories behind Portuguese food, culinary traditions and the ingredients we use — giving you a taste of Portugal that goes beyond the recipes.

At the end, sit down together and enjoy the meal you have prepared in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

With a maximum of 10 participants, everyone takes part in the cooking, rather than simply watching a demonstration.
