The tour begins by setting the scene of the vineyards, the Sierra de Yerga in Eastern Rioja, as well as a look at the past and present of traditional wine-growing culture. We'll discover centuries-old plots and how these vineyards are cultivated using sustainable and respectful viticulture.
Duration: 90 min
Tasting: 4 wines + home-produced olive oil and a small pork loin snack (morning) or chocolate truffle and wine (afternoon)

A unique tour in the heart of Logroño that revives the tradition of making wine in an urban setting.

It begins with an introduction to the wine-growing area of the Sierra de Yerga (Eastern Rioja) and the history of sustainable cultivation in centuries-old vineyards. The tour includes the urban winery, showing the artisanal process of ageing in amphorae, foudres, and barrels, as well as the manual labelling and sealing of bottles. It ends with a tasting of four wines paired with wood-fired bread and organic olive oil produced on-site.

An intimate and authentic experience to connect with the essence of wine.
