What you can expect

Learn how to drive a dog sleigh on this tour from Luleå. Meet the dogs, learn how to put on the harness, and attach the dogs to the team. Drive through the forest and fields on existing snowmobile trails.

Meet at the Lulea Adventure cottage and check if more clothes are needed. Then go out and meet the dogs. As an experienced instructor/guide shows the basics and learn how the sleigh works, how to put the harness, and attach the dogs to the team.

When the dogs are ready, it is time to go. The guide drives first and shows the way through the woods. Drive on existing snowmobile trails that go through forests and fields. Throughout the trip, the guide has a look at you and the surroundings for your safety.

During the trip, stop to rest the dogs and change drivers while taking the opportunity to take pictures. When you get back from the trip, enjoy a hot drink and snack in the cottage.
