What you can expect

Introductory pole dance class lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes, for everyone! No prerequisites required, suitable for all ages.
We start with a short warm-up, then discover about ten moves on a static pole and “spinning”, followed by a mini-choreography for all levels.

You will have a moment to take pictures or film yourself (optional) and access to the kitchen and lounge area (tea, coffee, soft drinks, filtered water) throughout the session.
You can ask the instructor for a short demo at the end.

A particularly welcoming atmosphere! No judgement or obligation, variations possible for all levels :)
