Cusco - Machu Picchu
Experience the magic early in the morning: at 4:00 AM, we start our journey by picking you up at your hotel in Cusco. Our private transport will take you to the train station in Ollantaytambo, from where you will depart on a 1 hour and 45 minute ride to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). The train ride starts in the imposing Peruvian Andes and quickly plunges you into the enchanting cloud forest, giving you a surprising change of scenery.

Upon arrival in the town of Aguas Calientes, our tour guide will be waiting to show you the best of the town and give you free time to explore its charms. Afterwards, we will head to the bus terminal, from where we will embark on a beautiful 30-minute ride to ascend to Machu Picchu and enter the citadel.

Once in Machu Picchu and after passing the access control, you will enjoy a 2-hour guided tour of the citadel. Afterwards, you will have free time to walk around and explore on your own. Those who have opted for the Machupicchu Huaynapicchu mountain visit can go to the corresponding entrance, starting a 1 hour and 30 minute ascent to explore this impressive site.

After the guided tour and free time in Machu Picchu, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). Afterwards, you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our transport will be waiting to take you back to Cusco. The estimated time of arrival at the hotel will be around 8:30 pm.
