Rather than following recipes, you’ll explore a fully equipped drink laboratory with hundreds of ingredients and specialised tools rarely available outside professional or experimental settings. It’s a space built for curiosity, where you can test bold ideas, unexpected flavour combinations, and techniques you wouldn’t typically try at home.

The experience is intentionally unscripted after the introduction, so no two sessions—or drinks—are ever the same.

Guidance is always available, but the focus remains on creative freedom, personal expression, and discovery.
