Look forward to a most unique, fun, engaging, and enriching time up in the loft inside Melrose Market. This Mocktail Lab experience happens on a limited basis. This experience has no dress code. As soon as you enter, you'll be handed a lab coat -- perfect as a pre-funk to your night out on the town. Also, feel free to just lounge around [with your drink in hand] in one of the wing-backed faux-leather chairs and enjoy the ambiance of being perched in a high-end market, above many award-winning businesses. I will begin the lab by introducing you to all the tools and ingredients available. Multiple printed mocktail recipes will offer a starting point, and as you take off on your own concocting direction, I will be present to offer guidance and answer questions. This is not necessarily a mocktail 'class'; more of a laboratory where you get to experiment. Hands-on style workshop!
