The coral-colored beach, the chromatic intensity of the colours of the sea and the shapes of the granites that surround the cove constitute a unique spectacle in the world. The pink beach of Budelli - immortalised by director Michelangelo Antonioni with a very long sequence in the film "Red Desert" - is located southeast of the island of Budelli in the Archipelago of La Maddalena and is so defined because of its characteristic coral pink colour.

Porto della Madonna, or Manto della Madonna, is located in the northern part of the archipelago, an area between the islands of Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria. constitutes a spectacular body of crystal clear water, a real natural pool, dotted with beaches characterised by a white and thin sand that faces a clear and transparent sea. In some coves you can swim while some are forbidden to preserve this miraculous natural spectacle unique in the world.
