DESCRIPTION:
Snowshoeing on Remacinelli Hill, 1664 metres above sea level, one of Majella's most beautiful panoramic balconies. Walk in the snow on an easy route, within everyone's reach, through forests and open spaces that allow you to admire the peaks and the Adriatic Sea. An unmissable experience in Majella National Park.

PROGRAM:
Meet: at the car park of the Mamma Rosa Hotel - 9:30 a.m.
Departure 10:00 a.m. - Start of snowshoeing on the Majelletta.
Loop trail lasting about 3 hours .
Return to the cars at 13:20
Possibility of Polenta with Sausage at the Hotel Mamma Rosa
Afternoon shift: 2-4 p.m.

Difficulty: Moderate hiking, 4-5 hours per day (not including breaks) in high hill and mountainous areas, on well-maintained and marked trails, with short steep uphill or downhill sections and elevation gain of less than 500 metres. Require familiarity with the mountain environment and physical fitness for walking

Equipment: Waterproof hiking shoes or after-ski boots required. It is recommended to bring comfortable clothing and dress in layers. Protective cold weather clothing, gloves and hat required. Snack and at least half a litre of water per person.
