Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Soc Trang – Ca Mau:

Your adventure begins at 5:00 AM as we depart from Ho Chi Minh City for the Mekong Delta. Our first stop is Soc Trang to visit the magnificent Som Rong Pagoda, featuring a 73-meter reclining Buddha and unique Khmer architecture. After a local lunch, we head to Bac Lieu to visit the Cao Van Lau Memorial, dedicated to the Southern Vietnamese art of “Don Ca Tai Tu.” We then stop at the sacred Tac Say Church (Father Diep Church), a famous pilgrimage site, before arriving in Ca Mau City. Enjoy a free evening to explore the local cuisine at the Ca Mau night market.

Day 2: Ca Mau Cape – Mangrove Forest – Can Tho:

After breakfast, we head to Ca Mau Cape, the southernmost point of mainland Vietnam. Experience the thrill of standing at the National Coordinate GPS 0001 and check in at the iconic boat-shaped monument and the Hanoi Flagpole. You will have the chance to explore the mangrove forest ecosystem, walking through the scenic woods and observing the local biodiversity. After a seafood lunch at Dat Mui, we depart for Can Tho. Upon arrival, you are free to explore the vibrant Ninh Kieu Wharf or enjoy local specialities at the Can Tho night market.

Day 3: Cai Rang Floating Market – My Tho – Ho Chi Minh City:

We start early at 5:00 AM to visit the Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest and most famous wholesale river market in the Mekong Delta. After breakfast, we travel to My Tho to visit the ancient Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful blend of Asian and European styles. Next, we board a boat to explore the Four Holy Islets (Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, and Phoenix).

The highlight of the day is a traditional sampan boat ride, where you will be paddled through narrow, coconut-shaded canals. Along the way, visit a honey bee farm, enjoy seasonal fruits, and listen to “Don Ca Tai Tu” folk music. We finish the tour with a visit to a coconut sweets workshop before returning to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving around 5:30 PM.
