Although the meeting time is published at 05:00 am, the reality is that meeting times at Hotel Windsor vary throughout the year, and we will inform the exact time the evening before your flight.

We normally meet 1.5 hours before sunrise, by the time we have driven you to the launch site and the balloon is prepared for flight, it will be a little before the sun appears over the horizon, and your balloon is already flying, soaking up the spectacular views that early morning light allows. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour. After we land and pack the balloon away, we will drive you back to the Hotel Windsor for a 5-star breakfast
