  • Please arrive on time. The boat waits up to 10 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
  • Every passenger, regardless of age, must pay a fare.
  • Trips require a minimum of 3 passengers. If fewer are booked, we'll contact you to reschedule, upgrade to a private trip, or purchase the missing seat.
