• Filet Mignon Beef Carpaccio: Marinated in herbs, flowers, olive oil and balsamic, parmesano cheese, Dijon mustard and Pickles side.
• Choripán pure pork chorizo in sourdough bread, tomatoe, lettuce and chimichurri.
• Grilled Aubergine With cucumber, cherry tomatoes, coriander, tahine, black olives and balsamic.

• Traditional Sirloin Steak (400grs) with chimichurri & criolla sauces.
• Breaded rib eye with bone.

Sextet directed by Nicolas Ledesma with the participation of Horacio Romo, Pablo Agri and musicians from the Famous Leopoldo Federico Orchestras and Sexteto Mayor. With the stellar presence of Nestor Fabian and Maria Pisoni on vocals. Tribute to the great Mariano Mores. Mateo Crespi performs world-renowned popular songs on his guitar and 5 tango couples complete the staff.
