What you can expect

  • Have fun in this fantastic experience making fresh pasta and tiramisu!

    I will welcome you to my home in Milan, and together we will follow all the steps necessary to create fresh pasta and tiramisu, the true icons of the Italian cuisine.
    We'll start with an aperitif platter, full of products including cold cuts, cheeses, and typical Italian starters.
    I will guide you through the various stages of preparing fresh pasta, from the dough to shaping it, and then dressing it with a delicious tomato and basil sauce, in true Italian style!

    After this delicious food tasting, you will sample the iconic Italian dessert… Tiramisu. We'll prepare it together and wait an hour to enjoy it.
    I look forward to sharing these recipes with you and enjoying them at my home, discussing secrets, experiences, and details that I will teach you during the cooking class experience

    We will accompany the meals with excellent wine, white or red, or other drinks if you prefer.
