You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, but no fear: no special skills are required because you will all be cooking together under the expert guidance of the chef and/or her trained staff, so it's perfectly fine even if you've never weighed flour before. While waiting for all the guests to arrive you will be gathered in the cosy dining room (yes yes you read that right, there is more than just the kitchen) with a small welcome buffet made up of sweet and savoury snacks, drinks, tea and coffee and a glass of Sparkling Wine. You will cook 3 or 4 delicious and very special starters and 1 sweet treat from different parts of the world (no “lasagne I know how to make so well because my high school classmate's grandmother from Emilia taught me” ). You will cook for about 30 minutes, take a break to give us a chance to set up the kitchen for other recipes, and return to the kitchen for another 30 minutes. The last hour will be devoted entirely to tasting the culinary wonders you have just made, washed down with good wine ( 1 bottle for every 4 people included). You will learn, chat, get to know each other, have a good time in a relaxed environment.
The experience takes place in the professional cooking workshop CHEF AND THE CITY, which is located on the street at 4 Laura Ciceri Visconti Street, has three large windows and bright red signs. As soon as you reach the location, please ring the bell on the centre window so you can enter ( you don't have to enter the apartment building!).
