historic Vinegar Works. Strolling through the vineyards and the ageing rooms with over 4,000 barrels, visiting the Family Balsamic Vinegar Museum, with its memorabilia and
barrels over a century old, you will find yourself surrounded by a magical atmosphere and intoxicating aromas. You can taste special reserves of aged balsamic vinegars, some even over a century old, for an emotional experience that engages all the senses. The final tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and a glass of Lambrusco wine will complete the experience by bringing together these three typical products of our region.
