Embark on a 5-day safari from Mombasa to Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Park. Enjoy game drives, visit the Big Five and stay in comfortable accommodation. Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East After being picked up from your hotel or airport, drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi Trans-African Highway to Tsavo East National Park and use Bachuma Gate. Enjoy a game drive on the way to the lodge and arrive in time for lunch. Check in and rest. Depart the hotel at 3:30 pm and start the night game drive from the main entrance of Voi. Keep an eye out for giraffes, zebras, buffalo, elephants and, if you're lucky, big cats. Later, have dinner and rest at Voi Wildlife Lodge. Day 2: Tsavo East Full Game Safari After breakfast at the hotel, set off for game hunting. Keep your eyes open for activity and signs of African wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. Day 3: Tsavo East to Tsavo West Check out early in the morning and head to Tsavo West National Park. Stop at Mzima Springs, the source of most of Mombasa's fresh water. Walk to the underwater observation room, where you can watch hippos or crocodiles swimming along the bottom of clear spring pools. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Safari Lodge. Day 4: Full-day safari in Taita Conservancy After breakfast at the hotel, set off for a safari in Taita Hills Conservancy. After lunch at Taita Mountain Resort, drive back to Saltlick for a short break. Enjoy an evening sunset game drive from 4 to 6 pm. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 5: Tsavo West Return to Mombasa After breakfast, a short morning game drive in Taita before returning to Mombasa
