Mont Chaberton is not just a mountain; it is a legendary place suspended between Earth and sky. Together with Chaberton Outdoor Activities, you will reach one of the most iconic peaks in the Alps, famous for its eight spectacular stone towers that rise to over 10,000 feet (3,000 metres). Once part of an imposing fortress, today these silent sentinels offer one of Europe's most extraordinary viewpoints.

The itinerary starts from Claviere and ascends the Rio Secco valley to Colle dello Chaberton (2,674 m). From here, we will follow the ancient military road, which, via a series of evenly spaced hairpin bends, leads to the summit plateau at an elevation of 3,131 metres (10,276 feet).
Once at the top, we will explore the remains of Europe’s highest armored battery, built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
