Located in the mountains of Monteverde, we invite you to experience the journey “from seed to cup” directly with the hands that cultivate it.

We will begin with a peaceful guided walk through our small family farm. Here, our guide will share knowledge passed down through generations about coffee cultivation.

You will see the coffee bushes up close and learn about the varieties that grow in the region, such as the famous Arabica. You will discover the complex processing stages: pulping, fermentation, sun drying, and roasting, all essential for developing our coffee's flavour profile. You will taste fresh sugarcane juice, a refreshing and natural drink that will delight your palate.
