    Walk through one of the estate’s most iconic spaces, “La Monumental”, where time, barrels, and craftsmanship come together to create wines with character and depth.

    Accompanied by a specialised guide, learn about the winery’s heritage and the magic of maturation. Then, enjoy a curated tasting of 5 Alvear wines, selected to showcase a range of expressions from fresh and dry to long-aged and sweet:

    • Joven (dry white, unoaked/unaged)
    • Fino CB (dry white with biological ageing)
    • Palo Cortado Nº7 (20-year ageing)
    • Alvear Artisan Vermouth
    • Pedro Ximénez 1927 (sweet wine aged in barrel)
